This coin pendant is very versatile as the strike is upright on both sides. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion-skin. Zeus enthroned left, holding eagle and scepter. The obverse features the head of Herakles wearing a lion-skin. Alexander the Great idolized Herakles. And portrayed himself as Herakles on his coinage.
